Chad's message was mostly genuine and respectful (besides calling her a clown) but her response was wrong on so many levels. The "some people are actually normal" and "I am never and will never be like your insane mother. I actually love and adore my kids unlike her" is horrible and shows her lack of compassion and empathy for his situation

The way Chad recognizes all the signals that he went through is definitely triggering all the bad memories and trauma...he genuinely doesnt wanna see another broken family in the future that is caused by these family vlogging thats shared on YouTube and she doesnt see a problem with it. Maybe it's nothing because i don't watch family vlog channels and dont how the family functions, but if a survivor of abuse is calling out your behavior in family vlogs, he's basically telling and predicting your downfall.
And that reply *was fucking awful* and absolutely *disgusting.* In matter of fact this is the start of her downfall and its gonna spiral even more out of control if she doesn't get her head out of her gaping hole.
