Thank you Geoff for telling me about the sinus plumber! I have (according to multiple ENTs) very narrow sinus passages. Combine that with being allergic to all of nature, and i have perpetual congestion and sinitus. I will/would pump my nose with afrin, then do shots of hot sauce. I didnt know capsaicin in nasal spray form existed! How could i have missed this?
