Merry Christmas to all these doctors and nurses in this tough year.The true heroes and leaders in a nation that hasn't had a leader for the past four years.He's been too busy golfing.

My husband has been working at a pharmaceutical company, 7 days a week since March. He went 171 days with 1 day off and worked minimum 12 hours on 160 of those days, all while 1800km from home. He is exhausted, my kids and I miss him... so it really frustrates me seeing people just doing whatever they want. Thank you to all the health care workers, but also the unsung heroes working in grocery stores, manufacturing, farming, food processing, truck/train driving, and the pharmaceutical companies. Despite what Donald Trump may claim, it wasn't him busting his butt to get the world back to normal, and survive in the process.

These wonderful folks are so amazing and selfless. My brother, who is a custodian at the biggest hospital in our area, voluntarily got the vaccine a week ago. He's doing well.

These are very real facts about the people of this country! People are dieing! For those who are not need help with life in this country, are leaders can't or won't get it together long enough to do what is right by them whom voted them into office.

SHAME on the government officials whose conduct has exacerbated and prolonged this crisis.

Thank you to the entire medical community for being the true leaders, gatekeepers, caretakers and heroes. That goes for everyone: janitors, the housekeeping staff, the cafeteria workers, nurses, doctors, EMTs, virologists, etc. You are all amazing and we will get through this because of all your sacrifice and courage. You have truly exemplified the best of what humanity has to offer.

Conversely, the United States government has, during this crisis, exemplified the worst of what humanity has to offer.

I dont live in usa but you have some brave workers who stay on too help those who are sick plus all those health workers around the world lucky to live in new Zealand

Working at a hospital is a 24/7 job. Unlike a school teacher that works 8 to 4 Monday thru Friday. They get all Christmas and Easter break along with the summer off. Don't forget every holiday in between.
