These EGGNOG RICE KRISPIE TREATS feel like a holiday hack!

✨Recipe:
Rice Krispie Treats:
3 tablespoons butter
5-1/2 cups mini marshmallows
6 cups rice krispies cereal
¼ cup white chocolate chips
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp allspice
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of ground cloves

Eggnog Fudge:
6 tbsp butter
1 lb powdered sugar
¼ cup eggnog
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg

Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Add spices, stir to distribute, then remove from heat.
2. Add Rice Krispies and white chocolate chips, then stir until well coated.
3. Using buttered spatula press mixture into a 13 x 9 inch pan coated with cooking spray and let cool.
4. In a medium pan on low heat, combine all fudge ingredients, whisking constantly until combined with no lumps.
5. Pour over the rice krispies, and top with a little cinnamon sugar and other preferred decorative toppings, then let cool.
6. Cut into 1-2 inch squares, serve and enjoy!! 😊
