This was a fabulous talk that resonates deeply with me.  It opened my mind and heart to the traditions with which I grew up and strive to emulate in my own life - especially family life.

My personal reflections, as I watched the talk, centered around family dinner gatherings where love was always the central ingredient. 

I am proud to claim Rita Craig as a true friend.  Congratulations on a wonderful talk!

persistence may be a better word than tradition. persistence gives the illusion of being fixed, but isn’t. tradition however, has a static quality to it. things become “traditional” because they persist. this is good and bad. bad if it’s racism, good if it’s loving your neighbor. life is a process
