The 2018 BMW Alpina B7 is made along a similar creation line in an indistinguishable office from the normal BMW 7 Series. The greatest distinction rests in the engine. Rather than a generation spec motor, the B7 gets a 600-torque 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 that was hand amassed in Alpina's processing plant and sent to BMW's creation office. The auto is then sent to Alpina for last touches.
