Aspen Dental review: "I scheduled an appointment for a broken filling. I went to the office and left after almost 2 hours without a new filling. I had to go through x-rays which I told them and didn't want them but was told it was an office policy. Then I saw two more people who then sent me to the office manager who at that point told me the new filling would be $860 and I needed to schedule another appointment..."

Aspen dental gave me an unnecessary deep cleaning. And didn't explain it was for gum disease, my gums were healthy, now they're receded and my teeth shifted one chipped. I sent them the proof that my gums and teeth were healthy. I still haven't gotten a refund. This was Kristen Johnson in Fargo ND. They're all corrupt and don't care. A class action lawsuit needs to happen asap. Thank goodness for cause and effect, karma will get them as well.

I went in for tooth ache / broken tooth they took a ton of x Ray's told me I needed gum treatment a sonic tooth brush and other stuff and I did need work done the problem was they did nothing for my pain there sales person took me to her office and told me it was 11K with no list of items and that after insurance and discounts wanted 5K up front it was like a time share pitch and sent me on my way. The dentist could have cared less if I was in pain and I have insurance it was 5K or no treatment I have never seen anything like this.

You don't know what is necessary and what isn't. To not take an x-ray before working on a tooth is highly negligent. If you present to a dentist for help, don't bitch about the dentist doing his job. If you don't understand something, ask questions and listen to the explanation.

Should i cancel my appointment? I have the same problem too. My appointment is Dec 6th....AND i have to pay unknown bill from them! Didnt sent me a bill from a month and they say my insurance declined! Which is a lie cause i already call them! No file was claim!
