Samuel Hill, you might not be the best climber, but you're the Filippo Ganna kind of rider. I think you deserve a pro contract too.

I really enjoyed this short series, more than I thought I would. They really know how to put these things together at GCN and even though all the corporate stuff is there it still feels real. Dan and Si are exceptional presenters.

Maud is freakishly talented. And also seemed to be the most relaxed rider too which is a great combo. Excited to see her rise through the ranks.

It was clear to see who they wanted to win, the joy on the judges faces at seeing Alex win, words like "confirming", whereas with Sam words like "abuse of power". Can't deny Alex did great but they clearly had a particular rider in mind.

Would be really lovely to see in a retrospective of one year how the winners performed in the pro-teams, what goals were set and achieved. GCN pretty please 🙏

Keep your head up Sam, you impressed this old racer. But Maude stole the show.what a talent. Enjoyed her looking around checking the others suffering. Will have to start watching women's racing!

Much respect to Caitlan as she is like a mother figure to all of the younger kids. She is also a real powerhouse on the bike.

They never wanted Sam from the beginning. Shame. Hope another team needs a leadout, or just a powerhouse to close gaps, dude's a machine

I can only repeat what the other comments already mentioned. Two incredibly talented riders! And this show was epic to watch - every day I looked forward to the next episode. Did not experience anything like that on youtube before!

Maud: "I didn't see it coming, I wasn't expecting it."
Us: "It's ok, Maud, *WE ALL DID*, even the other Zwifters." 😂

Absolutely wonderful achievements. Both Alex (come on Aussies!) and Maud are very genuine, likeable, and cool people. And once again, like so many of the new generation coming up, there physical capabilities (already showing WT numbers -- Alex doing the same time as Yates!!) as well as race craft seems way beyond their teenage years.
Alex is going to join Jay V, MVdP, and the A-F squad. Wow. Maud is going to be in heaven too :-)
Very happy for them.

Can we get a hill climb race with Maud and Ollie??? Please GCN?

I want to see Sam as a stagiaire for Quickstep next year and learn from the tractor Tim Declerq himself

Imagine if Sam had beaten Alex on the final round. I think the Alpecin Fenix guys would still have selected Alex but would have had an awkward time justifying it.

Congratulations to Alex and Maud! Maud is an incredible talent- she has everything: physiology, race craft, and incredible pain threshold

Just shows how far hill reps in Nijmegen can get you! Congrats Maud! Plus congrats to a new flying mullet in the peloton with Alex. And congrats to the GCN team - I thought this entire series was top notch viewing!

No doubt the winners deserve it however I would love to see the others continue on. Particularly Sam. He’s a beast with courage.

I mostly avoid reality programming, but I was hooked here. I liked Alex from the beginning. Just something about the guy. His attitude throughout the week was great, and he turned out to be very tactically smart. I was pulling for Caitlin, but Maud’s skills and natural talent were just so impressive. Excellent series.

Alex has been my favorite since the start. Not because of his cycling. He's just so funny. I didn't foresee him getting a contract as I just thought Sam Hill was the obvious choice! Fair play and hope to see him in the 2022 seasons big races! Will be watching out for mullet lord

This year has been difficult for me. Feel crippled with depression. On one side I ticked off my first 200 mile ride. But then the blockades I cant seem to get over have seen me not ride my bike very much at all. Not been interested in watching racing or anything to do with cycling. But really enjoyed watching this and inspiring to ride again. Gcn seems to be a good safety net for me and helps me bounce back. Thank you.
