Guys, don't be dumb. The only thing that "ren" command does is renaming, which is literally the same as right click -> rename. This does not change the video, in fact, this does not change anything other than the default software to open it when double-clicked. You are going to need to use FFmpeg or any other software that uses it as a backbone if you want to change the video container without re-encoding it.
