I love the trainer / trainee relationship Tim and Lucy had. It is always respectful, but playful at times. He is good instructor and leader as he explains everything to Lucy and let's Lucy use her skills and knowledge and does while he might not praise enthusiastically he lets her know how well she does. Being a veteran, I can can see this as military leadership as I used to make sure my people enjoyed but understood each part of our job and I love how respectful and cheerful Lucy remains while being trained even if she makes a mistake.
