I was able to get this done in a week and post it in time for Valentine's Day, woohoo! And I gotta talk about the process of making this soundtrack. It was already 3am on February 14th when I finished compiling the animation clips. I was worried about not being able to compose a new music within a day, so I looked through my old tracks for inspiration, then I came across "Morning Rain", the reversed version of "Midnight Rain".

After playing the video with the soundtrack... it could work! All it takes is some tempo adjustments, add some plugins used in the AIC soundtracks and voila! A new soundtrack with perfectly fitting timing and mood!

The original "Morning Rain" is slower with mainly string instruments. It has a wholesome and sincere vibe. I initially planned to feature it in Alice in Cweepyland as a closure theme, but things turned out differently, so it went unused. Comes this day, it gets featured after all.

Ahh, having these soundtracks working so smoothly... Feels good man. So proud of myself, huehue. But I know I can't keep reusing old tracks, gotta try and compose new music someday. See if I can compile an album of the AIC soundtracks, then I can include "Morning Rain" as a bonus track maybe.

It's a form of many things. Awareness for mental illness, a deeper message for self love and strength to see the worth in yourself when no one else couldn't.
