Spot on video. When I get that nice effortless motion goikg I play so much better. Still have the odd moment were I seem to force the dart and release that fraction too late.

The previous video said to never move the elbow, but in this it's going up every time. Confusing!

do you position the flights when preparing for the throw? nobody really addressed this, but I am curious if you do slightly rotate the dart so the flights are in + position or x for the throw. would really like to know if you all players out there doing this little adjustment when aiming or not.

The more I throw darts the more I realize the release is the most important part of the throw.

I was getting to a point where I was hitting a lot of 20s but now I just can't seem to hit anything in aiming at. It always veers slightly to the left or the right. How can I try to rectify this?

Im a beginner, and i notice hand is bended back, is it important for a good throw? Is it so back that i cant move it further back?

I’m cross eye dominant so I’m at a disadvantage right from the get go. I have to throw by ‘feel’

Warns against hyperextending the arm...right before hyperextending the arm. 🤷🏻‍♂️
