Whoever is watching the video. If you earn 10k or less dnt buy a car. Your car ownership will easily go past 5k per month when you add petrol and insurance into the budget 😅

I know a lot of people that bought cars there, you just have to make sure you test it and thoroughly check it before buying, also dont buy a car you cant afford simply because its cheap, its maintenance and part will still be standard

Be careful of we buy cars. We bought a Chevy Utility, after 3 weeks of ownership, engine mount broke while driving, we took it back, they told us they fixed it, same thing happened a few weeks later. Also at one point, the brake pedal started feeling a bit too soft, we took it to them, they "fixed it", after a short time, it started doing the same thing again. When we got our own mechanic he said one of the mount bolts were missing, and the brakes were not installed properly. This is a car that they say passed the Dekra test.

Great content brother, I like the video.. But for R15000 I'd advise someone to look for an older model with no/minor mechanical problems but rather cosmetic issues.

A R85K car with scratched panels and wear and tear will be a sound financial decision. Careful buying cars you know you'll drive around with broken tail lights and bumpers hanging for months if you ever bump it. Stay within your limits

Great content, my guy. Also, buyers need to take insurance, fuel costs and regular maintenance into account. The maintenance always tends to catch many off guard - the more bells and whistles... the more can go wrong. Some car models, like the VW Polo has quite a high insurance premium due to the fact that it's a high risk vehicle in SA. High risk due to the rate at which they get hijacked - it blends in quickly due to all of the VW Polos on the road, so it's quite enticing for criminals. It's also quick for financial institutions to offer you finance on a car which you can't really afford, so be very carfeul when doing your vehicle budgeting. Consider going from point A to point B, while also taking fuel and maintenance into account. You don't want to be stressing about a car while earning less than R15k/pm 🙂

Advice with can pic up bargains cheaper then private buys....but here's the secret..treat them like a private sale meaning bring your own mechanic and don't listen to a word their salesmen tells u ...check fir yourself
