This is the COMPLETE Lore of Welcome Home so far. With an update on the way in 2025, we thought now would be the perfect time to sum up EVERYTHING we know about Wally, Home, and crew in this video... and share a few extra details on where we think the story is heading. Strap in, Theorists!

I didn't pay attention to the fact that this is a compilation, and thinking that Matt came back for a cameo literally has me in tears. I didn't realize how much I missed having him be host (not saying the others aren't great, they are amazing!)

Don't forget about the Sally Star audio where she talks about how there are things the happen in town at night when everyone is asleep, and she has seen them. I don't remember which update or where it is, but it is very interesting and reveals a lot about her and the town.

one reason why Frank is in a pile of his body parts could also be a way to show that he isn't the first Frank. Who's to say Home has remade some of the residents who *misbehaves*...
That scene with Barnaby, Home, and Wally talking makes me wonder if Barnaby got *remade* that day as punishment for irritating the townsfolk. Home didn't sound happy with the Blue Beagle after all

Frank using Eddie’s actual name to snap him back to “reality”.
In some fae folklore (I think) your name is holds power
So Frank calling him Mr. Dear and realising that Eddie is dissociating, he uses his name to bring power back to Eddie.

Another detail I find interesting is that Eddie and Frank are in a relationship according to Clown. Theres art with them wearing wedding bands and holding hands, and we see them interacting quite a bit. Since this is a kids show that takes place in the 60s-70s they probably couldn't be very open about it, hence the reason they refer to each other as “Mr. Dear” and “Mr. Frankly”.

When Frank sees Eddie in trouble, he gets worried and slightly dropped his facade, even more so than he did with Wally.

If Home doesn’t want the neighbors getting too close, it makes sense to go after the neighbors who are married. If they want to destroy the relationships between characters, I think it could be reasonable for them to go after Julie next, as I'm pretty sure she's Franks best friend (although I could be wrong about that)

Sally is there with Frank comforting both Eddie AND poppy—she’s the one other constant, continuously getting the gang together on events like Halloween and inviting Eddie to the party. She might know more than she lets on

The thing where calling someone’s name and buiilding connection stops Home’s control is so very much like how cults actually form. It’s the cutting out from family and friends that gets someone in a cult’s control. This storybis so well written!

I just thought of something. Wally is Home's eyes. Eddie is Home's mouth, he delivers all messages from Home. And Poppy was taken by home by sound: hearing. Sight, speech, hearing. I think of the saying: Hear no evil, speak no evil, [see] no evil. I wonder if it's intentionally symbolic of Home gain each sense from one of the residents. Though there are eight residents not five, but still an interesting thought.

A little detail I find interesting is how Wally calls Home “he” but everyone else calls Home “it.” The transcripts of Home “talking” will say things like “Home lowered its shades sadly, ” but in the Brick-by-Brick book (merchandise) Wally says to Poppy, “Home is sorry he couldn’t help.” He. Wally seems to view Home as more human than the others do…

I'm glad you compiled this bc I noticed that a lot of the content scrubbed from the website, and a lot of the content added to the website holds very different tones. Before It looked like they were puttting everything they could find on the site, some of which was rather ominous, like the picture of Wally staring at us with slightly tipped eyes.
Now its all super chipper, every depiction of Wally is innocent and goofy, its difficult to imagine he's even capable of malintent or that he could be anything but blissfully unaware.

You can even see it in the way a lot of fan content has shifted from mixed reception, ranging from those who thought Wally was a evil Master Mind, to those thinking he was a literal child. Now it's largely very innocent interpretations of Wally.

This might be an intentional effect of whomever scrubbed the website to maintain an unsuspicious take on Wally specifically. What I'm wondering is that if the characters WERE trying to communicate with us, or with a certain party, are they going to have a reaction or response to their efforts being removed from the site?
