5-Pepper for reasons… 1st Pepper has range and damage. Pepper also has decent health so reviving your team or battling won’t be super hard. Also pepper is pretty fast once Pepper is lv 12

The reason jade is top 5 is because she can die easily her health can be easily removed by max eye
Jack is ok his bow and howl keep him in a really powerful stage duke are nice but speed is low I know yall thinking why steve is not appeared because of get I mean carry low health mix and fast char can dodge his active hope that made it easy for y'all to understand

strongest damage imo (no primal instinct) top 5
1. steve (when combining active bow and shotgun it does incredible damage)
2. finn (super chomp and shotgun is powerful)
3. max (bow does way to much damage alone and can be easily hit with jungle shoes passive and active)
4. duke (shotgun and bow with active is really good damage)
5. larry (sneak attack with active and then spear bow and shotgun is really good damage)
this list didnt include fast weapon rechearge like buck and duke
