Regarding Treatment on the Island quest, when you leave the plants the second day, the next day no chest will appear but elemental traces will appear pointing you in the direction of doctor's notes. When you pick 3 of them you unlock an achievement, and there will be one last exquisite chest waiting for you in the southern-most teleport of Yashiori Island, by a basket of Naku weeds

East of "Araumi" area on the Narakumi Island there is a small island with a hilichurl and destroyable totems on it! Kill it and the totems it will spawn a Thunderhelm Lawachurl! Once you kill it he will drop a chest!
