Best way to CLUTCH characters! (AR 56 Free To Play) (Primogem Farming Guide)

Показать описание

IMPORTANT: This is a guide on how to cluch characters at the last second. This takes roughly 4-5 days on average, and is mostly dependent on your world exploration, current Events, and Spiral Abyss progress. This is NOT a sustainable way to obtain primogems, as exploration offers one-time rewards. If you want to obtain loads of primogems, the best way to do it is by logging on every day and completing Daily Commissions alongside other quests. :)
Additionally, at the time of this video's release, I still had very limited personal experience with exploration and Genshin mechanics in general, so some tpis may be incorrect or primitive. Still, I wasn't exaggerating-- Tuna legitimately obtained 81 fates in 3 days without spending on anything, and I made sure to relay everything he told me in this video. Hope it helps!
Also, please keep in mind this video is a couple months old already. At the time it was uploaded, the Genshin Impact 2.1 Update featuring the Watatsumi and Seirai islands had JUST released. That update offered an extremely huge boost to primogems, which is rare and shouldn't be relied on too much. If you've already been exploring your world a lot, skip to the end of the guide for better advice.

My AR 56 friend, Tuna, just guaranteed his Raiden Shogun a few days ago after grinding Genshin Impact for 3 days straight. This was after losing a 50/50 to Qiqi, basically meaning he powerhoused his way back to 81 pity with a near-empty primogem pool. His odds were boosted because of the Version 2.1 Update, and you'll soon see why.
In this hopefully-helpful guide video, I briefly explained how he farmed primogems with a few bonus tips from myself. Take note that clutching a character is usually very difficult, so moments like this are quite rare. Don't overexhaust yourself just for sake of clutching. Sometimes, you'll just have to accept a 50/50 loss and call it a day.

Hi! Just a friendly reminder that this video is OLD. I made a revised version HERE:

A few important notes:
1. Tuna is capable of clearing Floor 12 of Spiral Abyss consistently. That's about 33-36 stars from Abyssal Spire every cycle, or about 550-600 primogems. If exploration really isn't cutting it, Spiral Abyss performance is probably what's holding you back.
2. Remember to use Elemental Sight! It's one of the most useful abilities you have for exploration. Using it allows you to see interactable objects better, as well as trace where Seelies are from checking their courts.
3. Also, if you're struggling with exploration (even with interactive maps), I'd suggest doing some Reputation quests and getting the regional treasure compasses. They help a ton for finding the more obscurely positioned chests on the map.
4. I did exaggerate a little bit when I made the title. While it's true that Tuna obtained his 81 fates in 3 days, a total of about 11 were obtained from the Paimon's Bargains shop and leftover primogems. Still, that's about 70 fates (11, 200 primogems) in 3 days for an AR 56 F2P, from exploration, achievements, and Spiral. That's still huge.
5. As far as I'm aware, Inazuma has two locations that reset daily for primogems. One is the Asase Shrine, where you can talk to Neko and get daily quests. Another is the "Outsider Shrine" which you can do everyday for a chest that grants a couple primos. If you don't know what these are, please look them up. They run out of uses after enough times but it's still extra primogems.
6. Lastly, I see a lot of people mention that "I left out Daily Commissions" and other stuff like that, but you guys need to remember that this guide is for clutching characters at the last second. A week's worth of Daily Comissions can only earn you 420 primogems, but Spiral Abyss + Exploration + Events will give you 10x that amount, if not more, depending on what Version was just released.

FOR ENDGAME PLAYERS:
The comments section is also flooded with late game players complaning about having "100% exploration already." While I apologize for the accidental clickbait, please remember that this video is a little old. Version 2.1 of Genshin had recently released at the time of me making this video, providing additional content for endgame players as well as the perfect opportunity to get primogems at the time. (Hence the exaggerated title and Raiden Shogun thumbnail.)
As we all know however, major updates like these are quite rare, so unfortunately for endgame players, you'll just have to be patient and wait until new regions come out, so you have another opportunity to farm gems. I also have some other primogem alternatives at the end of the video and in the tips mentioned above, so don't forget to watch through the whole thing in case you missed something.

Tbh doing this to Dragonspine is what got me enough primos for Eula. Sadly there was a glitch when I got her and she came out with red hair and a pyro vision.

exploration is extremely fun and relaxing until you get to about 80-90% in an area. then it's complete pain

GUYS IN 2.3 FORWARD PLEASE EXPLORE MOST OF INAZUMA SO YOU CAN GET EVERYWHERE QUICKER! LEVELING UP YOUR TREE IN INAZUMA IS REALLY IMPORTANT

For those who don’t know, Inazuma actually gives way more primos than Liyue because of the primo-to-chest ratio. In Inazuma, common chest = 2 primos, exquisite chest = 5 primos, precious/luxurious chest = 10 primos. But in Liyue, common chests don’t give you primos, exquisite = 2 primos, precious = 5, and luxurious = 10. So prioritizing Inazuma over Liyue is actually the way to go.

The problem with getting primogems through exploration is, they're all single shot. Once you open a chest, you won't see that chest ever again. Once you solve a puzzle, it remains solved. So if you're a new player, you may be good for a banner but that's about it. Later in the game when you have all areas explored, commissions, events, and spiral abyss floors 9-12 are all you get. Oh and the daily checkin on their community web thing that gets you 60 primos a month.

Thank you so much! This guide really helps for an F2p like me, I LOST TO QIQI on Zhongli's banner and I grinded for days, I farmed 108 fates and finally got CEO of GEO on valentines day.

I'd also HIGHLY recommend doing character story quests. That way you can get primogems and test out characters so you can decide which one(s) you want to get :D

In case anyone needs help assembling an exploration team, look at passive talents. I use Sayu (super fast) Kaeya (sprinting speed boost) Amber (gliding stamina consumption boost) and Yanfei or Gorou (cuz they help locate objects). Hope this helps!

REALLY late help but for exploring I’d recommend:
*Anemo* for all areas
Mondstat is mainly *Anemo* for exploring
Dragonspine you should use *Cryo*
Liyue should have *Geo*
Inazuma should have *electro*
Watsumi Island specifically should be *Hydro*

Also I’d bring any sort of bow user and at least one type of good elemental reaction

I recommend exploring and doing the quests on dragonspine, I got so many primogems out of there and my primogems is going on top of the roof at this point just by simply exploring that place

This is an amazing guide. I spent 3 hours running around inazuma today and gained over 500 primos.

I can agree with this, I didn't play genshin for a few months and got back into it and in about a week or so I managed to get a total of 100 wishes

genuinely thank u for making this, i think a lot of ppl (myself included) underestimate just how many primos add up over time through exploration and other small stuff. hearing a tangible number like 81 wishes (even if most of us will only get about 50) actually helps to visualize the end goal of exploration which is usually rather tedious and uninspired in my opinion
