Following a succession of droughts in Cyprus, water has become a rare luxury for many residents. Is the water being shipped from Greece enough to significantly tackle this problem?

Many Cypriot families are without water for days on end: ‘"the fact that we don’t have [water] for so long...it'’s making life difficult.’ With rain scarce and water in short supply, agricultural workers are also concerned: "‘If it doesn'’t rain again, we won’t plant next year,… we won’t be able to continue our work.’" Amidst the real-life impact of this problem, political and economic arguments are also aired. A detailed insight into a global concern.
