This fruit is so good. Weird but good. We bought a few from a tropical fruit world and are experimenting growing the trees from the seeds.

Y’all if you mix cocoa powder, peanut butter, and mashed banana, it’s like a pretty sweet but chocolatey pudding/fudge
I mix a little of it( 3:1 ratio of yogurt to pudding) with plain Greek yogurt
Here is my recipe but you might wanna freeze it if you aren’t using it all within a couple days cuz the Banana makes it sweeter over time:

3 tbsp peanut butter (I use natural)
1 banana (a little brown is best)
1-1.5 tbsp cocoa powder

1. Mash the banana
2. Mix in cocoa powder and peanut butter
3. Enjoy or add it to yogurt in a 3:1 yogurt:pudding ratio and enjoy

Disclaimer: adding it to sweetened yogurt might assault your taste buds because this stuff is really sweet

I tried this, don't get your hopes up, it doesn't taste like chocolate pudding. It's still good, but it doesn't have a chocolate taste.

It's called black sapote. Looks like dung and has practically zero nutritional value, but I bet it tastes interesting.
