Ranking All Codemasters F1 Games from WORST to BEST

With F1 23 out now for almost two months, I decided to do another Ranking Video, this time on the Codemasters F1 Game Series which games I'll rate from worst to best. Of course this rating is entirely subjective so feel free to leave your own opinion in the comments below.

F1 2006 championship edition on PS3 and F1 2010 are two favourite F1 games of all time.

The championship edition was SO far ahead of it's time in terms of graphics and damage model.

2010 I have a soft spot for because I put so many hours into, the music, the paddock menu, felt so real!

Great list, I have several games on 3 different consoles favourites being : Grand prix challenge ps2, f1 2013 complete edition, and f1 2020 shuey edition. All brilliant.

I opened my PS5 drawer to check what games i have and realised i have a brand new F12020 Day One edition i never played, never touched. Like most of my collection, I kept buying them but just never had the time to play....

1. F1 2020 (just simply the best)
2. F1 2017 (nostalgic, best looking cars, classic cars, nice handling and graphics)
3. F1 2019 (introduction to butler and Weber, and beautiful graphics, first time driver transfers, but lots of bugs)
4. F1 2013 (Lots of classic cars and tracks and nice overal handling, weg weather was way to easy)
5. F1 23 ( just miles better handling than 22 and nice graphics and the best AI)
6. F1 2021 ( braking point was nice and good handling)
7. F1 2018 (ugly tarmac graphics at all circuits, but probably 2nd or 3rd best handling)
8. F1 2016 (first time R&D and ok handling)
9. F1 2012 ( very nostalgic and great real life season helped, but a lot of bugs and handling wasn’t that good)
10. F1 2014 (was basically 2013 but a little bit worse, but I really enjoyed it hah)
11. F1 2010 ( didn’t play)
12. F1 2011 (weird handling and weird graphics)
13. F1 2015 (no career mode!! but underrated graphics)
13. F1 22 (very bad handling and AI)

1. TIE Between F1 06, F1 06 Championship Edition, F1 2012 and 2020.
2. F1 2021.
3. F1 23.
4. F1 2013.
5. F1 2017.

Unrelated but I see you made your F1 2020 my team Ravenwest from Grid and I did the same thing the opposite way around 😂, I brought my F1 team from F1 2020 into Grid Legends with the same livery and logos as in F1

I'm actually surprised that F1 2021 is so high on the list. I've always considered it pretty mid. For me the top 3 would be: F1 2020, F1 2013 and F1 2017.
My favourite thing is to just open F1 2017 and listen to the soundtrack. It's so good

Before you say something about my ranking, I've only played F1 2012, 2014, 22 and 23

1- F1 2020
Idk why but for me it very nostalgic and the game is pretty good, the classic cara made it better

2- F1 2019
It's a very good game.

3-F1 23
The handling is very good, graphics improved and the Braking Point its kinda fun.

4-F1 2018
Very solid and its a good game.

5-F1 2017
The classic cars were something new, so it make it better.

6-F1 2013
YEAAHH CLASSIC CARS AND TRACKS LETS GOO

7-F1 2012
It represented very good the season, but the music of tye game🤫🧏, its tha best and makes it better, also the champions mode is good.

8-F1 2021
Just a regular F1 game, it doesnt have classic cars so it makes it a bit boring (idk I've never played it)

9-F1 2016
A really good game, I know i put It really down, but fron the 4th place to this place, the games are really good and it makes it difficult to choose.

10- F1 2010
It was good to be the first codemasters nice F1 game,

Just a regular F1 game, nothing special.

People say it has a weird handling, but idk

I actually like it, but yeah, its a bad game, the sound of the cars was horrible, and somehow, I like the music of the game, I know im weird

codemasters and ge0ff crammond did the best f1 from back in the day but as longevity goes these guys just kept it going which is great for f1 racing fans 👌

wish all of old game got F1 23 handling treatment since i played 23 on controller 23 felt so better never want to go back

much better skill based and risk reward then before like previous game least on controller catching the slid asking you use Flashback then anything else since theres really long delay steering wheel go left and right.

this was common thing in controllers in racing game lot of games use this for compensate controller players but 23 added slider how reactive steering wheel makes them controller acts like steering wheel this makes 23 enjoyable even you slide you can catch them by rocking left and right and yes it will result degrading tyres because you slip but that something you need risk for.

previous f1 game you cant do those even if you can do that you loose lot of places, and you'd better use flashback .
