Chocolate cherry cheesecake recipe, very delicious, no bake

Cheesecake recipe
Ingredients:

Base layer:
300g ground biscuits
125g melted butter
100ml milk

Fruit layer:
250g sour cherries
150ml water
1 vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons of corn starch in 7-8 spoons of water

White layer:
500ml sweet cream
80-100g whipped cream powder
600g cream cheese
1 vanilla sugar
150g sugar or 15g stevia

Chocolate glaze:
150g cooking chocolate
200ml sweet cream
50g grated chocolate for decoration
