TPY-4: Multi-Mission Radar for Next-Gen Threats

TPY-4 is a multi-mission, ground-based radar built by Lockheed Martin. It uses Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology to provide greater efficiency and improved reliability as compared to legacy systems. TPY-4 can operate in contested electromagnetic environments and provides the warfighter with the ability to detect and track current and emerging threats.

Need to have a radar that can target drones...while identifying birds as a non threat target. This radar could be used in concert with a drone defence systems to take out small drone threats. I can't wait to see further developments of this system.
