So anxious to see him as a new PM delivering all the changes we need. From the economic aspect to the health system. I really hope he won't disappoint us because sometimes it is very easy to criticize someone else but once you are in power you have different priorities

Might as well call on an average goose to lay a golden egg.

PP voted against inflation relief efforts.

Inflation is primarily due to widening corporate profit margins.

Dock workers deserve a decent wage and safe working conditions.

The minister declared the strike over because a tentative deal was reached, and workers returned to their jobs. Nobody anticipated that the workers would vote to reject the deal. As far as he, the union and the companies were concerned, the strike WAS over. This is called an unanticipated outcome, not a mistake.

PP is calling for the end of the strike; he doesn't suggest a solution, but is simply complaining about a situation that is happening worldwide: Workers no longer putting up with corporate greed.

Ultimately, the strike is within the rights of the worker. It's basically their only tool if the companies are negotiating in bad faith.

PP likes to blame everything on Trudeau, rather than place the blame where it belongs; with the corporations who have been fleecing the consumer while shafting their employees.

JUST SO YA KNOW:
Harper has the worst economic record of any P.M. since 1935. Here are national average annual GDP growth rates, over the terms of Prime Ministers, since 1935:
William Lyon MacKenzie King, 1935-1948: 6.24 %
Louis St. Laurent, 1948-1957: 5.20 %
John Diefenbaker, 1957-1963: 3.78 %
Lester Pearson, 1963-1968: 5.43 %
Pierre Trudeau, 1968-1979: 4.28 %
Pierre Trudeau, 1980-1984: 2.16 %
Brian Mulroney, 1984-1993: 2.51 %
Jean Chretien, 1993-2003: 3.32 %
Paul Martin, 2003-2006: 2.71 %
Stephen Harper, 2006-present: 1.68 %

As an American. What are his policies, goals? How dose he want to achieve them. He stated stuff to deliver a sound bite but offered no real steps to achieve them. It's just populist hot air. Admitting that thers a problem doesn't fix the problem

But if he'd put a stop to it, you'd have used it to get a selfie with the dock workers and tell them how fascist that was...
Have you EVER been honest in your little life as an opposition ranter?

Couldn't there have been a better way than a strike. Anyhow, strikes may be effective in the developed countries. However, in poor countries, they are not effective. Just destructive and a waste of time and resources.

Listening to what this man has to say, about helping out the “regular Canadians”, is like listening to a fox say he is willing to watch your chickens for you 😂😂😂😂
