there is no "check for updates" under the help tab in my OBS. Is there another way to update it?

I have an unusual peoblem.
OBS works fine through Wifi, but does not work at all through my ethernet cable. Note, ALL other programs work fine through the ethernet cable as they should, but only OBS has this issue. I get massive errors and frame drops.
Any suggestions?

Do you know how to update OBS without getting into the app? because I can't open it and it ends with an error; "Failed to initialize video. Your GPU may not be supported, or your graphics drivers may need to be updated." idk how to fix it.
