my internal brutal honestly was not there until I met my other self (DM) who happens to be brutally honest😆🫶🏼🌺and i have deep gratitude for him for that (and many other things) ❤️💙💜i hope everyone who reads this increases the amount of self love immediately 🙌🏼💐and so it is✨

Aloha Alexx, I was wondering if you could make a video on the runner asking to spend time with you, making plans and then consistently when the day arrives, makes excuses why he could not meet up. Or just doesn't show up. Then months later doesn't even mention that interaction. Thank you so much. I am learning so much from you.

Thank you, this is really helpful. Its been two weeks since separation and lately I’ve been feeling exhausted from all the constant over thinking and stressing and couple of days ago I noticed that I’ve disconnected from him. I guess I just kinda gave up on what we could potentially become. I didn’t use any techniques like meditation or anything of that sort. My question is what happens to the runner when the chaser disconnects? And Is this a bad thing or not?

In a lot cultures, self love in women is equated with how good u look. Women are conditioned to feel love for themselves if we look good. To some extent, im also part of that conditioning. We look good, we feel good, we take care of our outer beauty, buy a ton of clothes, n shoes n then we love ourselves.
How do we women remove this thought pattern n truly love ourselves.
