Reality is, everyone hates him because he is the son of Amitabh Bachchan... He is highly underrated..

One father-son duo that broke the curse - Dharmendra and Sonny Deol.
Both were major Bollywood stars for a period of time.

Dont forget "Bluffmaster" ...a true underrated gem . Abhishek was so convincing as the smooth con-man

Not even mentioned "Paa"? I haven’t watched Sarkar. But in Paa, the father-son duo playing son-father was really heartwarming imo. Not everyone needs to be a conventional leading man. I love how he stands by his movies. He can portray obnoxious comedy in Bol Bachchan & creepy yet funny Bob Biswas. He surely got much to offer and hopefully he gets more versatile roles in his upcoming ventures.

Mani Ratnam not making Hindi movies anymore also turned out to be bad news for Abhishek they were brilliant together

I still have Guru saved on my home computer and often visit his iconic speech and "damdar" scenes for some motivation of sorts, he truly was phenomenal in that movie. Underrated Actor.

It's good that SRK's son has chosen not to become an actor. He would have faced the same fate as Abhishek Bachhan.
The pressure of living up to your superstar father's legacy is just too much for anybody to cope with.

Abhishek Bachchan is not the superstar type actor of blockbuster movies, he's more of a character actor and should have stuck with offbeat or artsy films only where he would have made a decent career. Chasing the stereotypical Bollywood hero relentlessly, costed him his career.

Delhi 6 was ahead of it's time. AB is and will be one of the most versatile actor of his generation, waiting for his new projects patiently.

His dialogue delivery is exceptional ....whereas there are many A list actors, who while speaking Hindi, sound very rehearsed.

To be honest he really holds the potential to be an excellent actor but is often casted in senseless ventures. His ventures like breathe really show his potential as an actor. Hope he picks up good movies and series. 🙌🏻

Hi, I am from Bangladesh!
Dear Abhishek, you are a gem of an actor, brilliant I may say! Life is unfair! So, just do more and more work, and one day when you look back, you see those who recognized your works are still there and clap. Need to see you on screen, Man 💚

People just blindsided themselves with the fact of him being a starkid. Always being compared with his father when he never tried to replicate that aura. That burden failed him, that pressure failed him, the audience failed him.

Abhishek and hrithik were launched the same year. There was huge buzz over abi's launch and the buzz around knph was less, but gained huge buzz when the songs became a craze and people saw hrithik's charm, looks and his dance. Abhishek had nothing in comparison to hrithik, when every newcomer had those looks which everyone was looking for.

I think his performance in Bol Bachan is enough to prove him a good actor. AB really made me laugh in that film 🤣🤣🤣

I always have found him someone very distinguished, both as a human being and as an actor. Thanks for this heart touching video.

"Maine bhaiya ko maar diya" the dialogue in Sarkar gave me chills, that scene was epic

You just can't beat Big B. He's 80 something and I'm still excited to see him in Kalki! Abhishek is a great actor and he doesn't have to live in the shadows of anyone, he'll make his own way. I wish him the best in that journey.

I’ve always been a fan of abhishek bachchan I always thought he had his own style. Breathe into the shadows I think is his best performance.

Sunny Deol and Sanjay Dutt, have done really well in the industry and are really good actors and they seem to be still delivering again now, and their father's Dharamendra and Sunil Dutt were also great in their time, still remember them all in the movie Kshatriya together.
