Excuse me, i have this laptop(ci5 10300h, 1650ti, 8 ram) and actually i have just bought it, so when i work with this laptop on adob illustraitor or photoshop, during the work in each of them, i see daly and weak performance, and it's really unbelivable for me how this gaming & powerful laptop have this slow performance on this two app, could you please recognize the problem? It is for windows or what?

just received my ACER Acer AN517-54 17.3-inch/i7-11800H/16G/512G PCIe SSD/RTX3050Ti 4G/Win10 gaming laptop. I opened it up, put it to charge and after an hr pressed the on button. Nothing happened. I held it down, still no power. Plugged in no lights displayed. It's back in the box, waiting for replacement now :/ was I supposed to do something out of the box?
