Me and my son are trying to play crossplay, I have an Xbox 1 and he has a ps4 and are not seeing each other on the severs. He has only 1 of each server and I have 2 of each server what is wrong here ? He's new to the game and I'm not, could there be a restriction? Or lvl restriction. We can't figure out what's wrong.

All morning people were talking bad mouth. it's like cat and dogs put together for the first time

The game is unplayable, the latency after putting the crossplay is unbearable, the mouatros teleport, the damage that makes them enter a minute late, interact with the bodies and the npc takes almost a minute and getting on the horse is almost 15 seconds from wait watching the pj run attached to him until he climbs, fix the lag in the game because he really is unplayable ...
