I did not think that a judge with Hildago’s capacity could order things to be seized . I have always heard that the county judge with her capacity is nothing more than the mayor of the county. She cannot issue search and or seizure warrants, has no authority to handle criminal trials, hearings or anything. Can someone tell me if this is true or not. I am asking legit !!!!
