Dear Tata Motors,

You have come a long way in design and engineering. The country applauds your efforts there, What you have completely missed is after sales service and cost of ownership. This is fixable.

Please revamp and refresh your after sales service and you will be the best automobile company in India.

Also please fix the plastic quality, rough edges (Do soft sanding of plastic panels and edges before you put everything together) I have seen blade marks on the edges when the panels have been cut after die casting. Tata car doesnt smells how a Kia or a Honda smells, even a Maruti for that matter.

You are going good you can go even stronger !

Never experiment by buying car with a new engine.Wait for few till all loopholes and cons are corrected.I bought Tiago 4 years after its launch. By than all niggles had been checked.

I’m shareholder and owner of Tata SAFARI facelift. The product is good but Tata motors must need to improve after sales service and dealership experience as they don’t have proper knowledge. 2) bcz of your closed territory policy, they don’t care of a customer especially harsolia brothers showroom in GANDHINAGAR, GUJARAT. As shareholder and owner, I request you to take action immediately bcz customers including me, we are not satisfied of the HARSOLIA BROTHERS (GANDHINAGAR, GUJARAT). Sensible seat colour choice, this time.... Do the same with safari and harrier also, , beige interior deteriorates within months.... Light grey, red, burgundy, black are best. Please include in your next updates to safari and harrier mid and top spec models

Tech they introduce are impressive. But the thing is out of 10 cars, 7 will be fine, but the rest have issues that even tata couldn't figure out. This coupled with service guys with no idea about anything make it even worse.i don't own a tata, but wish to, so for me, all these negative reviews and experiences do matter, people like me will get this. To the blind fans, you guys rock, because i never found this courage anywhere else😅
