I see enchantment as a communion with Spirit. My grandfather wrote and taught music during the great depression and passed to my mother who told me, you can't play music or sing in harmony with anyone and not like them. Sometimes bands will break up because they can't play together. You let go of ego when you are singing or dancing WITH the music. It is very powerful. As soon as ego returns a major connection is broken. Ah but doesn't it feel good as long as it lasts !

I belong to a group of 30 ladies singing acapella called Waves of Harmony(loved how you used the Harmony word)It takes me an hour to ' come down ' to go to sleep after being at rehearsal, as I feel so lifted.
Wish more people would join such a group and feel the joy of singing together.

Steve this resonated so much. Love what you say about chanting/singing. I wrote the following in my journal back in July: "There is power when voices are raised in unison. We see this often in protest, but I'd like to propose that we do so in praise and prayerful song. You do not need to be a person of faith to participate, but you do need hope. Hope that we CAN create a world where kindness, compassion, justice, and respect for all creation rule the day.

I want to see millions of people across the world gathered together to sing in unison. We blanket the world in healing song for 24 hours." I have no idea where to start, but I'd love to make it happen.

I have Venus exalted in Pisces in my chart and it really is about non judgemental, open minded always looking at the good.  There's also an element of magic connected with it.  I'm mainly Capricorn in my chart but this placement seems to blow all that out of the water.
I live about 12 miles away from Glastonbury and have been up the Tor many a time on full moons etc where people have been chanting and it has been a truly magical experience at times.
