I watched her video, and it gave me hope that I can become a millionaire, so naturally I will watch some more videos of her, maybe buy one of her courses, see what she has to sell...etc In conclusion what she is doing is very smart, she is not outright lying, but attracting viewers, creating interest and hope, then turn those viewers into potential customers. Brilliant, from a marketing point of view.

I dont trust Sara Finance at all. I think she's smart and learnt how to make money. One has to be mildly deceptive and ruthless. She doesn't know much about finance and trading, yet sells online trading courses for 200 dollars. Noticed other things as well. She seems successful so I suppose she does some things right.

Totally agree, this is a scam. If she made 250k from 60k in stocks, she has to pay capital gains tax on 50%. At 30K income her tax bill would be 45k.

Although her title might be misleading...you don't really know if she's making that or not. As an entrepreneur though, you gotta respect her creativity. Sure she may not do all the things herself but she's at least sharing this info to provide some kind of inspiration and value.

She was completely transparent when she said she makes $84K from "10" different source! Not just 1 or 2 but 10!

Of course, everyone's situation will be different, so let's take for example perhaps how easy it was for her to buy real estate vs you or me not so much because of certain factors like our fico score, down payment, loan, etc., the same way goes with her other streams of income.

So, instead of approaching this negatively why to work with what she offers to reach our financial goal and independency! ;)

Dude first off.. Airbnb does make a lot of money for you and yes the owners of the properties don’t list it on Airbnb because they’ll have a lot more work to do than giving the property for rent. And now if you hire a team which you can to manage your airbnbs for you it becomes a lot more easy. There’s something called as co host in Airbnb too. And you can’t just say you exposed her when you have no real proof nor experience in the Airbnb space as you don’t even know that there are some people who can manage Airbnb properties for you. And there are a set of rules which the super host puts on Airbnb listing site and you can literally put no parties etc. your points have no logic what so ever it’s like you just made this video to get off clout from her bruh :/ and also the fact that you think what she said about dividend investing is cap it isn’t ffs 🤦‍♂️ do your research man honestly people who put thousands of dollars into companies those companies pay out dividends quarterly or yearly. But not all companies do. You have no logic besides saying cap to anything she’s saying
