great info-thanks! Checked out the rental and looks like the rate for next year in May is $800 over what you paid. Great reviews sometimes generate lots of interest and higher costs.

I'm finding private health insurance premiums to be the biggest monthly expense when considering moving abroad. For a gold level plan with most of the add-ons I'm being quoted $6-800 US per month!

We love British and USA people as they are with positive attitudes. Albania is beautiful worth visiting as in Greece they can rip off with higher prices

I am in the beautiful village of Kassiopi in Corfu, you can see it across the channel about 6 kms away.
