My step momma was never that (a step). She was ALWAYS my momma and i know that’s how babygirl will feel about you when she’s my age as well. My step momma passed on August 15th last year so her year anniversary is coming up and I know it’s gonna be hard but she was one of the most amazing and strong women in my life. Its so sweet your mom went out of her way for baby girl my mom remarried when i was very young (4) and his family didnt accept us the way they did the other kids i was told multiple times i wasnt part of the family by aunts and uncles and that hurt i didnt understand. Made me wish i had a diffrent family Im 41 now and still feel that way 😒with Family blood isnt everything family is what you make it there are ppl out there who will love you more fiercely than family ever could. Baby girl is a lucky girl she has so much love around her.
