Or you could just notice that B is the only option where the outside number is larger then the inside number.

Might be easier to have the student convert each choice to power form. A, c, and d fails because the numerator is larger than the denominator, so they won't reduce to 11 over 12.

It can be written as a ^132/144 which is equals a^11/12

You could always plug in a number for a and see which option is equal.

I just put (a) as 3, and use the guess technique to determine which one is closest to (3)^11/12. If you know Exacly how to solve it, do it, but sometimes old ways are best 😂

God even the commentator is dumb obviously the correct answer is D you just have to align the diagnols and you can see the pattern right there that's why you get 132 under the square root and not the other way, basic!
