It does not matter if she did it or not. The investigation was faulty, so she gets a pass. That's the way the system works. The police should have followed investigational procedures that most of the population knows though true crime shows and televised trials. It takes reasonably doubt to get an acquittal. This case has reasonably doubt in every aspect of the investigation. Hence she gets a get out of jail free card from the police. To me, the question is did she know she hit him or not, but that doesn't effect the reasonably doubt component in this case.

Plus only small drops of blood found under John. He had a gash in the back of the head. If you anything about head wounds they bleed alot. There would have been alot more blood. He was killed in that house and then put out on the lawn. They were going to blame a plow driver but that didn't work so let's blame Karen.
