I started my fasting journey in August 17, 2024 and it’s been 3 months since I started and I’m happy to say that I have lost 45 lbs already. I follow your tips as well as Drs. Jason Fung and Eckberg. I watch your videos more because I am approaching perimenopause. Thank you Dr. Mindy!

ive lost 16 lbs since 9-26 and it 11-15 by just walking 10k steps daily and intermittent fasting 16-8 and eating whole foods, nuts, fruits and drink 3 liters of water daily! Plus a daily shot of ACV .. i use a cough medicine cup as my shot! I feel fantastic! Thank you Doc Mindy! Be blessed!

In one month I have lost 7 kg ( from 70 kg to 63 ) by usuing all your tips and hacks . Started with 80 hours, than 36 and every day 20 hours fasting . Vinegar, bone home made broth, 3P … and everything worked for me ( I am 48 ) thank you Doc !!!

I have been on a weight loss healthy lifestyle journey since Sept 2023. I had lost 50lbs in 2018/2019 on WW, but when Covid hit, up I started creeping. SW 196lbs - the lowest 140lbs. Fast forward to 2023, and a new SW of 175. I have to log my food as it's what works for me. I just use My Fitness Pal premium, but I was clueless to IF/low carbs/no processed food/no sugar/high healthy fats/high protien/ACV - before starting this latest journey. WOW! So much to learn, but it's been so worth it. I turned 70 this year and in the years of 2020-23, I literally could not walk more than a block without my knees and lower back just saying "No More" :( Thank you Dr Mindy, as this week I hit 135Lbs, I have no pain and I am on zero medications! TY, TY, TY!

It's been about a 2 months for me...about 20 pounds down and feeling so much better...brain fog has almost gone and psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis are healing, even though this is the "hardest time of the year" for me. I am so thankful for Dr Mindy's knowledge and her down to earth ability to share her knowledge!! Thank you Dr Mindy!! Next on the list, to actually participate in the Reset Academy instead of just being a member!

I recently found you! Thank you! I have been fat my whole life, well, since I was a teen. Been off sugar for 2 years except for maybe 4 times. Then I stopped grains. Now, pretty much on carnivore. Physical pain was my reason for trying carnivore. In July I had spine surgery. I am fused from c1 to t1. They took out a cyst that was in the spinal column. I have nerve damage around the back of my head and down the left side of my ear and neck. Balance and range of motion is what I am working on. My weight started out at 212. I am at 165 now. I am 5ft. I am 69. I just signed up for your free fasting guide. Thank you! I love your energy! 🙏🏻

I lost weight by walking 10, 000 steps, fasting about 16:8, eating clean, drinking enough water. Eating apple cider vinegar with every meal. After a while, I could run the first 1km, then I easily increased to 2km, 4km, then 5km. And so on until the day I participated in the half marathon. And this method is really effective in improving health. Are any of you like me?

after a 3 day water fast (had coffee and green tea) I dropped almost a stone. I know water has its way here. and it creeps back on, I am not massively over weight but I need to fast to keep it under control And I feel really good while fasting not hungry at all. I feel that I am really learning to come to terms with fasting and it feels good. thank you Dr Mindy.

Half tspn ground ginger
Sugar free vitamin tab
1 cup green tea
1 cup bubble water
Ice

A month ago, on day 1 of my cycle, I decided to implement fasting and apple cider vinegar, but I wasn't ready to give up some inflammatory foods just yet. It took me only a week or two before the cravings stopped by themselves, just by listening to Dr. Mindy's advice.

Lost 140 lbs total… 110 since July of 2023. Fasting, Keto (7/23) then carnivore (10/23). I have a little more to lose, but never felt better!

I am 72 and in 2017 I lost 116 lbs on intermittent fasting. Since then I have regained 25 (I think I would have regained a lot more if I had lost it on most other diets!). Now I am getting back on the wagon and want to lose 30 lbs. I love your site and all of the inspirational information!!
