I was going to update the firmware on mine, to see if that would fix the severe toilet bowl effect that it was exhibiting.
Well, I managed to fix this in a much simpler way.
Instead of calibrating the compass, then taking off from the ground, I now take off from an upturned plastic garbage pail.
It keeps the quad about 3 feet off the ground, so as not to interfere with the compass calibration setting.
This seems to have totally fixed the toilet bowl effect, so I now have a steady and smooth flyer :) .
Perhaps you could try this too, to see how it works out for you?

I updated my transmitter to 1.1.17 and my drone could not calibrate anymore. It would just loop in Calibrating 1 with the red lights.

What to say if I try to upgrade RX between pc and H906A radio and I receive a timeout on command response from pc? Thank you. Regards. Piero
