I need to share with you what is happing to us during the step "Case is being activily reviewed " USCIS was activily reviewing our case on august 02 2023 an the estimated time was 2 months, and later this one went down to 5 weeks, 4 weeks til to 1 week and changed to case is taking longer than expected. I was frustrated. Some weeks ago means that today i log in the Account and Case is taking longer than espected changed to 1 week, i dont know whats going on. Did someone experienced this one ?

Hi, I filed my application for naturalization N400 on July 28 2023 thru Vawa after 2 years and 9 months, at the same day I received the notice that they reviewing my application, and right after that on the same day, I received a second notice that they will be able to reuse my biometrics. Since July 28, when I check the status online, it says case is being actively reviewed by USCIS. I'm in Chicago, but the field office on my notice is in Overland Park KS. Do you know how long it usually takes for the next step, to schedule the interview if everything looks good, or any other advice that you have..? Thanks and appreciate it.
