We are a homesteading, homeschooling family of 7. Due to recent events (job loss/career change, health issues, rising food costs, etc.) we are having a hard time making ends meet despite our best efforts at frugality. So we are tapping into our local food banks to help us feed our family. Come along as I show you what we are blessed with, what we add to it via grocery store and garden, and how I use it all to nourish our bodies.

Glad to see you have missed your video's. I am in Middle Tennesseeand we had no damage from Helene but 100 miles from me East Tennessee got hit hard and the dam broke and its a very sad situation I have been watching all the people posting all the destruction and my heart breaks I have been having severe nightmares this last weekit has been rough and now we have Milton its so sad. Love all grocery hauls. Best of luck with your Dad’s health & remodeling. I love boxed mac & cheese at times add the small can of Hormel chili to it. My son- in-law lost 60lbs on a low-carb Keto diet. The food pantry female in charge was very generous with you. Take care.
