I went in a little local store today. Their red onions were $3.29 a pound. Luckily I had plenty at home.

Maybe you could make a reduced apple juice dressing for your apple salad.

Cut the rind off some of your Brie and make grill cheese sandwiches. You could also make it into a cream sauce to put with your mushrooms.

yes cold brew you need to have over ice with milk or cream added to as most bottled brands are more concentrated.

The food pantries will be getting more overwhelmed with the extra EBT ending in all states this month. Expect longer lines and maybe less food per car

Hi Lauri. As a general rule, the harder the cheese, the better it will freeze without compromising it too much. But since you have SO MUCH brie AND pizza crusts, you could experiment making pizza and cooking it and then freezing the pizza. You could also fully cook some brie stuffed mushrooms and then freeze them. You could even make a cheezy collards casserole, bake and then freeze it. I can't guarantee how well these ideas will work, but anything is better than letting all that delicious and super expensive cheese go bad. Good luck.
