I accept your opinion, but the quality of your tires change drastically the car performance. And the brand does the difference. I don’t know you, but I bought my WRX exactly to track it. There is no point of buying sports car and save on tires. My opinion!
My one for the winter is running Blizzaks 245/40/R18. Same size that it came from factory. The tire is noisy, the car feel not even close to the Continentals Extreme Contact those came on it, but I had previous experience with the Blizzaks and it works(lots of snow here in Ottawa)

Would a 18x10 35mm offset wheel decrease performance on a 2021wrx premium? And for that specific fitment setup, would that go over the 2% ratio change?

it'd be awesome if you can compare stock tires on WRX and how they stack against aftermarket ones. are they reliable? better performance? I have Dunlops 245/40/R18 on my WRX Limited and they are needed to be change soon. should I keep them or get something different?
