What Lies Behind the Moral Law by C.S. Lewis Doodle (BBC Talk 3, Mere Christianity Chapter 4)

This third talk became Chapter 4 of Lewis' book 'Mere Christianity' and was originally called 'Materialism or Religion’.

(12:30) "That troublesome God". See Genesis 3.24. I am referring here to the severity God showed Adam and Eve in casting them out of the garden of Eden for their sins (with no return possible to the paradise). The sin was called "treachery" by the Holy Spirit in Hosea 6:7.

As a younger person I was enthralled by C.S. Lewis from the Chronicles of Narnia series. Now years and years later I am enthralled and continue to be captivated by "Mere Christianity".

I've read Mere Christianity about 10 times. I get something new out of it each time, or otherwise rediscover something I'd forgotten. These videos really help to implant the ideas in Lewis' book more firmly. Great job
