If you're here to find out how to refund, it's probably your first time. and if It's your first time refunding something they'll let you refund your first item without rules basically. so even if you've used the skin or bought upgrades, you can refund it (only works the first time)

For some strange reason, I just went to my order history and clicked a refund for rp, which was weird that it even showed up. However, I then refunded the entire skin along with all the rp i used on it. This was very weird, as I used the skin and had it for more than 14 days. Maybe a glitch? Thank god it wasn't a one time appearacne in my shop, but rather just the oni bundle. I can rebuy the oni skin. However, this was just a weird thing that happened. Anyone else experience this?

I have refunded skins 2 times now

once was infantry vandal through blackmarket
2nd was arcade phantom fully upgraded

yes I used both skins before refund

i need HELP
so my sister bought a neptun spectre and a knife also she uses my account she entered a game with the spectre and the knife i was able to refund the knife and got my vp back BUT
when i try to refund the soectre it says smth likle this You do not have anything available for an in-game refund currently!
and i was trrying to save up for a skin, i also got a ticket and they answered the same thing saying just go here and go to the order history although it doesnt work do yall know ???😭😭
