this can also be done simply by going to cmd and "pip install matplotlib"

when I check from CMD, it says that matplotlib is installed but when I run any program in pycharm it says

" import matplotlib.pyplot as plt
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'matplotlib'"

How can I fix this?

How can I turn a picture left or right and save it on pycharm? I though that matplot had tools to do that but it doesnt :(
