Pip install sklearn error : Preparing metadata (pyproject.toml) error (Python)

i am getting the same error whhile installing pyqt5-tools in python 3.10 and i dont want to go to python 3.8 can you please tell me any other solution for this error

Hey actually I did this reintstallation with that add python to PATH option on for other libraries....but I don't know why still I am facing this issue for sklearn library (all my other libraries are installed now)...what shall I do?

is there any alternative ways so that i don't have to uninstall python for installing sklearn ?

How about scikit-learn-extra use python 3.10? I got the error "Could not build wheels for scikit-learn-extra, which is required to install pyproject.toml-based projects"
