Thank you for the clarity of the law In the time after Christ. I have always believed this, but could not explain it to others. When I would tell people that the law still exists, they want to argue with me. I could not use scripture to prove my point of view. Now I can.

One of my favorite things the Holy Spirit has revealed to me is that YHVH (YHWH) gave the commandments in the wilderness. They weren’t in the promised land. To me that shows me that God our Father intended for His Law to be kept everywhere, not just in the promised land and not just by the Hebrews since it was given to a mixed multitude.

We still need the blood of Yeshua but it doesn’t negate His Holy Father’s Laws

Another great presentation, David. For me, reading this chapter, (and perhaps all of Paul's writings) in the CJB translation, helps introduce a much needed distinction and clarification, of what's actually being spoken. I find that this translation also takes into consideration more Jewish sensitivities than many other translations, and also helps to restore a more authentic vibe to what was recorded for us.

Colossians 2:13-14 “And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses; Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;”.
The Law is a moral code that we should follow.
