hi !

I’ve seen a few people try their hand at ASMR for OCD and I wanted to give it a go too!

like I said in my intro, I do a lot of ADHD videos on this channel and I cater them towards what I enjoy, and what I consider triggers for ADHD. & that’s exactly what I did in todays video too.

OCD stands for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

which can generally be defined as excessive thoughts that lead to repetitive behavior. (as a general definition)

please note this is for entertainment purposes only!

I really hope you enjoy 😌

I hope to see you soon

Not OCD but as an autistic person I loved the symmetry and visual triggers so much! Thank you for helping and taking care of us ❤

symmetry is such a big thing for my OCD and such a difficult thing to get through life with. Thank you so much for mentioning it and making me feel less alone

I never leave comments, but you are literally the greatest ASMR creator I have watched, and I've been falling asleep to ASMR for nearly 5 years. No gimmicks, no need for overdone sets and makeup, just straight dope tingles and simple but unique ideas. Respect for the grind I hope you make it big.

You have no idea how much this means to someone with ocd. Mine presents itself in having both sides of my body equal. I stepped in a puddle once on accident with my right foot. I couldn’t just leave my left foot dry when one was wet. I had to put my left foot in the puddle. It’s overwhelming and debilitating to deal with intrusive thoughts and compulsions. Thank you so much for this.

Taco bells chicken chalupa has never been diagnosed with OCD. However this video made him feel very soothed. He can definitely tell some anxiety has been quelled with this video. Taco Bells Chicken Chalupa approves this video, and this message.

I absolutely LOVE these types of videos, and I don’t think I’ve noticed how much it bothers me whenever ASMRists don’t do symmetrical triggers. Please do more. This was amazing!!

Thank you for recognising OCD is far more than what people often refer to as.

If it helps, it's the condition that most people refer to as OCD, and what you are targeting is called OCPD (obsessive compulsive personality disorder). They are distinguished as separate but related.

Most (if not all) of those who truly suffer with OCD, also have OCPD.
However many folks only have OCPD.

As someone who only has OCPD, but not OCD, I do believe it's important to recognise the difference.

I have a compulsion for order in some situations… I don't have the urge to turn the light switch off and on 13 times or my family will die. (As an example)

Those with OCD can truly suffer. I just get uneasy.

So thank you for recognising the difference at the start. If you have read this, you now know of the initialism for this as OCPD. 😊

I really liked the symmetry in this because it added a certain aspect of predicability to it. It was so satisfying! Can you also do one with counting? Where you tell us how many times you are going to do something and then you do it. Bonus points if that’s also symmetrical bc then it would also be even numbers!

These types of videos are so rare
But they are my absolute favorite!!

I always have this weird thing where I count the amount of times a trigger is left or right
Or pattern related stuff, its why I love setting and breaking the pattern so much too

Thank you for this video!! My brain can relax while im also trying to relax ❤

This was the most relaxing, calming, "zoning out of reality" ASMR I've seen. The little "dot, dot, dot" you did into the camera was so soothing.

Something about everything I expect to happen actually happening (ex. You click the opposite key of the mouse every time you change sides) is so comforting

as someone with OCD I absolutely loved the mouse clicking! the movements to make it symmetrical/equal on each side were perfect! you moved it so quick and perfectly that it almost looked fake!!! please make more videos with the mouse clicking patterns 🙏🙏

Omg thank you so much
I was diagnosed OCD recently so now I kinda understand why I have always needed the symmetry in even such thing as asmr
And this video is so cool!!! I feel really relaxed watching it, thank you again!!!
