The AI boom is sending some tech stocks soaring to new heights, but now some analysts are warning that AI could be the next big market bubble to burst, much like the dot-com crash in the early noughties.

Invester bubble. So many new startups created with the aim of deploying huge pre-trained large language models, costing $thousands per day and most will never make a profit. It's a big boom for cloud service providers, they're raking in the money hosting these models and servers.

It's kind of funny too, because there's now lots of 'LLM specialist' data scientists who are being hired because they memorised transformers architecture and attention mechanisms, but they just download these 7+billion parameter models from huggingface and play with the prompts in the hope it works for their use-case 😂
