I think sometime readers - especially those who are negative - do not actually read the author bio before posting reviews. On my book about leadership quotes I wrote in my author bio I led military & civilians while mentoring Scouts & children on three continents. My credentials were still crassly questioned “with it comes the uncertainty of the credentials of the one giving the advice, which swayed me closer to a 3 star review.” But I always consider the source and it may encourage a more intellectually curious potential reader to review my author bio.🤷
